The “Grape” Air is returning in 2025 according to reporting from zsneakerheadz.
The 2025 release will mark the fifth retail journey for the grapes, having originally released in 1990 and been retroed in 2006, 2013 and the polarizing laceless “Fresh Prince” iteration in 2018.
There are no available images of the 2025 , however we should see the sneaker appear in its normal aesthetic of a white leather upper with clear netting on the sides and tongue. An aqua Jumpman is perched atop the grape tongue, with the same aqua hue backing the tongue. They will feature “NIKE AIR” branding on the rear heel, the first time since their original release, a laces version of the “Grape” will sport such branding.
Underneath resides an aqua toothed black and grape midsole and a translucent rubber outsole.
Zsneakerheadz also adds this iteration will feature the 1990 shape and be housed in original packaging.
The “Grape” Air Jordan V is slated to begin its fifth trip around the retail sun in the summer of 2025. More information on these will be reported as it avails itself.
